Delivery and returns

Delivery of quarterly boxes 

Delivery within the UK is FREE.  

Boxes are sent quarterly – at the start of the third week in September, December, March and June. 

You’ll receive notification by email when your box has been dispatched. 

We use Royal Mail 2nd class parcel post so please allow 2-3 working days for your box to  arrive. 

Drift + Focus boxes don’t fit through the letterbox, so you’ll need to be home to take delivery.

Please note, we currently only deliver within the UK. 


As all our boxes are made to order, we don’t offer returns or refunds. But we also want you to be delighted with your subscription or gift, so if there's a problem and you feel you'd like a refund, please do get in touch and let's have a chat.

NO RISK TRIAL OFFER - we understand it's a leap of faith to subscribe the first time, so if you don't love your first box, we'll refund you in full. Guaranteed. Just email to let us know. You will have to post your box back to us.

We do everything we can to make sure your box and its contents are delightful to receive but if something’s damaged or missing, please let us know straight away by emailing 

If you’ve already read one (or both!) of the books we sent, let us know and we’ll organise replacements. 

If a book or an item isn’t quite your thing, we hope you can still appreciate why it was given space in the box and it will definitely be good enough quality for you to regift. 

You can skip a box or cancel your subscription at anytime if it turns out Drift + Focus isn’t a good fit for you.
